Guarantees
All items we supply are covered by a guarantee that it will be fit for purpose.
If it does not fit or work immediately when installed, please contact our customer service team.
If the issue can not be resolved, we will accept the item back for credit. We reserve the right to decline a return if the incorrect part has been ordered, but will endeavour to resolve any situation to our customer's complete satisfaction.
Warranties
Every part and component we supply is covered by warranty unless otherwise stated.
The warranty period may vary depending on the item, however a minimum of 6 months is typical with most extending to 12 months.
If you have purchased an item from EagleXP which is covered by a warranty or guarantee and would like to make a claim, please contact our customer service team noting the details and reason for the claim, and we will respond quickly.
